888 Holdings plc has signed a license contract with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, which gives the company right to create branded games based on the famous films, Nightmare on Elm Street and Clash of the Titans.
888 said that the new games will be a great addition to the company’s selection of cutting-edge games.
888’s vice-president of sales and business development, Yaniv Sherman, said that the deal is another step in 888’s pursuit of gaming excellence. The company is very pleased to work with one of the most famous entertainment companies in the world. Their plans are to develop and launch the new games during current year and next.
Warner Bros. has already concluded similar agreements with companies like Microgaming, which got a right to create online slot games based on the popular trilogy, the film called The Lord of the Rings, and Cryptologic, making online casino games based on Superman and Batman stories.
Shares in 888 Holdings plc have reached 35.75 pence fro each share in London this morning, havin gained 2.14%.
